So, Tim found out his deployment dates.
I can't give specific details because of OPSEC, but..it stinks.
Let's just say that when the time comes that my husband will have been in for 2 years and 8 months..he will have been home with us for only FOUR of those months.
Trust me, my math isn't off..the schedule just sucks THAT badly.
I need a drink, something strong.

Hey hun...I am so sorry to hear about your extremely short time you will have with the hubby before he has to take off. I know how much that sucks...trust me. :-( But what I am soooo excited about is the fact that you are moving into a gorgeous house on post and that you will have the support of your family and friends that are not too far away from you. I would LOVE to talk to you about a couple of things that I would do if I was you during this deployment...and trust me it will help you stay busy and know that you will at least get something out of it...

Thank you, Amber. I had actually thought about calling you the other day when he dropped that bombshell on me. I was a complete wreck and no one here understands, basically say we signed up for it and should of expected it. Even so, it doesnt make it any easier.
